In short
The Atlas of Myths has no accounts, does not ask for your name or email, uses no cookies and shows no advertising.
What stays in your browser
The cards you collect, the golden ones won in the quiz and the fact that you have already seen the hint are saved only in your browser (localStorage). They never reach us or anyone else. You can delete them whenever you like from the album page or from your browser settings.
The “Listen” button
It plays the recorded voices hosted on our own site (AI voices, chosen and listened to by us): it calls no outside services and does not identify or track you. If a recorded voice is missing or does not start, the button tries to read the text with the voice of your phone or computer: that stays on your device.
Links to other sites
The sources on each card and the “Listen / Read also” and “More of my work” boxes lead to other people’s sites or to my other projects (for example Spotify, YouTube, Gumroad, Apple Books). When you tap one of these links you leave the Atlas: from that moment the privacy rules of that site apply, and we do not control them. The “Share” button opens WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook only if you choose it, and it passes only the link of the page.
No outside services
Fonts, images, maps and scripts are all hosted here. The site loads nothing from Google, social networks or other services.
Statistics
Once the site is online we may use a visit counter that uses no cookies and collects no personal data (Cloudflare Web Analytics). If we add it, we will say so here.
Young readers
The site is also meant for readers from 10 years old: for this reason it collects no personal data at all.
